Brendan Francis Walsh

Mr. Walsh holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maine. Upon graduation, he worked on a political presidential campaign and at a New York City law firm.

Prior to law school, Mr. Walsh received a Masters of Public Affairs degree from Indiana University, where his concentration was international development and investment and portfolio management.

Tim Walsh

Mr. Walsh is a graduate of the University of Vermont. He has several years of commercial real estate acquisition experience and has ownership interest in commercial properties in Colorado. He is an avid lacrosse player. 

Ryan Suma

Mr. Suma received a finance degree from the University of Colorado. He has substantial experience with structuring models for construction finance.

Christopher H. Dyson

Mr. Dyson received an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern Business School where his concentration was entrepreneurship and finance. He has several years of sales trading experience with Wall Street securities firms and equity hedge funds. Mr. Dyson speaks fluent German and is a former Captain, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Michael P. Hussey Jr.

Mr. Hussey received a Financial Economics degree from the University of Maine, where he was a member of the Omnicron Delta Epsilon Economic Honor Society. His career is distinguished in the field of web site entrepreneurship, where he has established and marketed several high profile and profitable web sites, including RateMyTeachers.com and RateMyProfessors.com. In this regard, Mr. Hussey has appeared in many prominent media outlets, including CNN and the BBC, to discuss his businesses.
